David Morris on Smart Grids
Clean Skies News spoke to former presidential energy advisor David Morris about why he doesn't think the United States needs FERC and Congressional intervention to build a new national smart grid. David believes the United States has sufficient renewable energy resources in every state to meet all of their renewable energy mandates. David is a former energy advisor to the agencies of Presidents Ford, Cart, Clinton, and George W. Bush.
